This is the most comprehensive book on Canadian commercial real estate, that I have ever found. It gives lots of details that you need to understand and to get into commercial real estate. And, it’s all Canadian information. It doesn’t have a lot of hype, just the facts. If you want to get into any form of commercial real estate in Canada, get this book. I expect to be using my copy for many years as a reference, too. There’s just so much useful information. Thank you for an awesome book!
